I’m a Physics graduate who quit a PhD studentship at the end of 2013 to pursue a career in games development. Since then I have taught myself to code, make videogames and somehow start a career as a games programmer. I also travelled around China and Southeast Asia for two months earlier in 2014 and had a totally excellent time.
For most of 2015 I worked as a Programmer at Total Monkery in Plymouth.
Since the start of 2016 I’ve worked on The Room series as a Software Engineer at Fireproof Games, Guildford.
Fun Trivia: The name of this blog comes from a term my little brother (11 at the time) used to describe what I did during my undergraduate Physics degree.
